At Hals & Hounds, we believe that the well-being of our team members is crucial to the success of our business. That is why we have made a significant change to our work schedule, switching to a four-day workweek to enhance the productivity and overall happiness of our employees.

After a three-month trial period, we noticed a considerable improvement in the work output and general well-being of our staff, and we have made it official. Our official workdays are now Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, which will ensure that our team members have sufficient time to rest, recharge, and pursue their passions outside of work.

Our project managers are available during our clients’ official hours, ensuring that there is no interruption to the workflow and seamless communication throughout the project’s duration.

At Hals & Hounds, we have a unique approach to work hours. We hire our team members as 24-hour on-call staff, meaning they have the flexibility to work whenever they prefer, as long as they meet their expected work quotas and milestone deadlines. As a distributed team across the globe, we have found that working remotely works best for our business model and has contributed immensely to enhancing our team’s productivity.

Additionally, our team members have the freedom to work from home, which has been our preferred method since our inception. We have always provided our team members with any and all resources necessary to working remotely and it has worked exceptionally well for our business model. It has been instrumental in improving our team’s productivity.
