Maldives National Chamber of Commerce and Industry came into existence with the merger of Maldives Traders Association (MTA established in 1979) and Maldives National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI established in 1994). MNCCI is an independent membership-driven organization. It is a not-for-profit, democratic organization representing the common interests of the business community.
The website was designed to act as a trade and investment promotion portal for local and Foreign Business Houses, Chambers and Business Councils as well as countries that do not have a business office in the Maldives. Since the information and posts are subject to change, the website includes a fully functional and fully dynamic content management system that allows the client to change every aspect of the design, content and layout of each individual page.
